Question: How many people does the chapel seat?
Answer: The chapel will seat about 100 within the pews. We can add chairs at the back to accommodate more guests.
Question: Is a reception area available?
Reception House
Answer: Yes, our Reception House is right across the street. Beautiful original facade and 112 year original old floors, but otherwise all new inside. Reception House has a full warming kitchen, sound system, and projection system.
Question: Is there a place for the bride to get ready?
Answer: Yes, we have a completely renovated Queen Anne Victorian Home. The bride and her attendants have 2 rooms and a bathroom, and the groom and groomsmen have two rooms and a bathroom. There is also a gorgeous front sitting room with gorgeous original stained glass windows, a kitchen, and a dining room.
It is beautiful and historic in its own right (construction began in 1896) , and is the perfect compliment to the 1895 Chapel and 1905Reception House. Our facilities are a must-see!
Question: When can I come see the venue?
Answer: We would love to show you the chapel by appointment. Please call 254-717-4570 to schedule.
Question: Are other services available?
Answer: Yes, we have vintage furniture and prop rentals, glass plate and serving item rentals, wedding planning services, floral services, and staging services. You can also add on additional time, book a Wedding Rehearsal, or book a time for a Bridal Shoot. We can also do all set up and/or clean up for you.
