Millstream Brewing Co. distributes more than 10000 bbls. of craft beer, soda and kobucha across seven Midwest states, through 16 distributors. We’re located in Amana, Iowa, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and a low cost of living. If you love a large mortgage, long commutes, smog and big city stress, this job is not for you! Millstream Brewing Co. was established in 1985 with a two, small batch, German beers. Last year, we produced more than 60 different varieties of beer, soda and kombucha. Responsibilities: Work hard. Play hard. Be good to others. Remember that family is always first. Create amazing beer. Mentor young brewers. Maintain and operate a 20 bbl. brewhouse, two Cask canning lines and a Krones bottling line. Education and Experience: High school diploma. Valid driver’s license. At least 2 years of commercial brewing experience. Pay / Benefits: Salary is negotiable, based upon experience. Tips during special events. Subsidized health, dental and vision insurance.
