What You'll Be Doing

As a barista at 1076 Benton, you’ll be the heart of our coffee shop, creating memorable experiences for every customer. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting high-quality coffee and specialty drinks with care and precision.
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service to make every guest feel welcome.
• Collaborating with your team to keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Staying adaptable and ready to jump into new tasks as needed.
